Anyone interested in joining, I am organizing a 5 day trip in which we will be able to see our favorite team playing two important league games. The first one will be on Sunday 23rd October, the derby, against our rival cousins Lazio. Most probably the game will be in the evening. Rome will be the hosting team so there should be plenty of fun at the stadium. The second game, only after three days in Milan against Inter.
The itinerary will be as follows:
Departure from Malta on Saturday 22nd October with Air Malta flight KM612 to Rome Fiumicino at 1000hours from M.I.A.
From Rome Fiumicino airport we will pick up our private hired vehicle and transfer ourselves to a Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Rome where we will stay for three consecutive nights. Having some spare time we will go to pick up our ground tickets from our contact person.
On Sunday morning we will do some city sight seeing and in the afternoon we go to the Stadio Olimpico for the derby. After the game back to the hotel to sleep for our second night.
Monday morning, after breakfast we shall go to Trigoria with the hope to see some Roma players from close and maybe we can also see some training sessions from behind the fence since we will have no permission to enter the training grounds unless someone from the club wants to do the arrangements before so that we will be able to go in.
For those who would like to do some Roma merchandise shopping, we will go to an AS ROMA STORE in the center of Rome so that they can purchase whatever they would like to.
When ready back to the hotel for our last night in Rome.
Tuesday morning, after taking breakfast we shall check out from the hotel and before leaving Rome we shall go again to Trigoria to see again our favorite players from close. Early in the afternoon we shall start our 6 hours drive to Milan, estimating our arrival at Holiday Inn Milan at around 2000 hours. After checking in and settling in our rooms, we shall go out for dinner and then back to the hotel for a night's sleep.
Wednesday morning, after breakfast, we shall go to Milan center for some city sight seeing by car and by walk and then by early afternoon we shall go to Stadio Guiseppe Meazza (San Siro) to watch and see our favorite team playing against Inter. After the match back to the hotel for our last night stay in Milan.
Thursday morning after breakfast we check out from the hotel and with our private hired vehicle we will drive to Milano Malpensa airport to take our flight back to Malta with Air Malta flight number KM629 at around 1530 hours.
